Where do you ship to?
We ship to North America, Australia, UK, Ireland and Turkey
How much is shipping?
Standard Untracked Shipping is $3.99 within Canada. Tracked expedited shipping is free in North America over $99 CAD. Calculated shipping is available on all orders.
How long will shipping take?
To ensure prices are kept affordable we are using letter-mail to send all scrub caps unless tracked expedited is selected.
Shipping time for Standard Untracked is currently 10-21 days within Canada Tracking is not offered for this shipping method.
Please keep in mind that shipping has often had delays due to COVID-19.
Can I return or exchange items?
Unfortunately, we are not able to take returns or exchanges due to the nature of the product. We suggest placing a small order first to ensure fit if you are unsure. We also offer speedy customer service if you need measurements!
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we cannot give refunds on shipped products. If you are having a product issue please email us directly and we can try to figure an alternative!
Who makes NYA Scrub Caps?
I personally hand make all white label scrub caps! Due to the nature of being each handmade and unique there may be very small imperfections and may not be exactly as shown in picture, with that said I do try my absolute best to ensure they are quality caps!
The black label scrub caps are imported.
How does the scrub cap fit?
The scrub cap is made to cover your ears and will fit a medium sized bun under the cap itself and there is an elastic at the back to stretch to fit!
Do you put buttons on every scrub cap or is that extra??
All caps come with two buttons on either side to hold your mask. This helps eliminate skin breakdown on your ears from wearing a mask. No extra charge is added :)
I've tried so many scrunchies and none keep my hair up! Will these work with lots of hair?
Yes!!! I have worn these scrunchies daily for years and I can honestly say the thick elastic is a game changer and I have tested them on multiple hair types
